The process of clearing your window   Condensation forms Between a failed Double-glazing Unit When condensation between double pane windows forms it means the seal on the insulated glass unit has failed. In this situation, why replace the unit when you can fix it?  

Warning: This process is not suitable for toughtened safety glass it will shatter - if you have safety glass or a patio door see our Safety glass kits or Patio door kits

• Step 1 - Apply the clear anti-slip drill stickers to the top right and bottom left of the window (On the Inside)
• Step 2 - Drill two holes using the 6mm tungsten glass drill bit, Drill into the centre of the anti-slip sticker and drill both holes
• Step 3 - Leave both drill holes open until the condensation clears completley
• Step 4 - Insert the moisture drying agent to absorb the any remaining moisture inside your window - apply clear seal stickers
• Step 5 - if moisture returns - insert remaining drying agent (DRY Plus+)  Insert the breathable plugs... and let it escape that it!

• Step 1 - Apply the clear anti-slip drill stickers to the top right and bottom left of the window (On the Inside)
• Step 2 - Drill two holes using the 6mm tungsten glass drill bit, Drill into the centre of the anti-slip sticker and drill both holes
• Step 3 - Extract the water from the bottom hole using the extraction syringe & tube and then leave both drill holes open until the condensation clears completley
• Step 4 - Insert the moisture drying agent to absorb the any remaining moisture inside your window - apply clear seal stickers
• Step 5 - if moisture returns - insert remaining drying agent (DRY Plus+)  Insert the breathable plugs... and let it escape that it!

Film insulation kit How does it Work?  

• Step 1 Clean the surface   Clean, wipe the window frame surface with warm water with a small amount of detergent to remove dust, dirt and grease that may stop the tape from sticking.  Tips allow the window frame to time to dry to help the adhesive tape to stick
• Step 2 Measure the window   With a tape measure start to measure the distance from the start of the inside of the window you are insulating to the nearest flat surface.  Measure side to side and then top to bottom.  Example 980mm x 1120mm (0.98m x 1.12m) or (98 cm x 112 cm)   
• Step 3 Apply the tape   When the window frame is dry  Start to apply the double sided self-adhesive tape to the window frame You measured earlier using your measurements.  Example 980mm x 1120mm  Use your knife or scissors to trim any excess you may have.   
• Step 4 Apply the film   When youre ready to apply the insulation film remove the tape backing so the film will stick. Hold the piece of film up to the window and slowly start to stick the film to the tape  TIP apply one side first and pull the film to reduce creases and stick to the opposite side and the top and bottom.   Step 5 Hairdryer And to finish point the hairdryer to the film med heat, you will see the film go tight and hopefully wrinkle free!

How does it work?

Resin Repair kit.

For chips , scratches & cracks in your windowscreen

Step 1 – Clean   Clear and clean any dirt or moisture within the scratch, Crack or Chip on the effected glass area you are trying to repair,  this will ensure better results when you have finished the repair process.  

Step 2 - Squeeze   TIP Before you start have a closer look at what direction the scratch or crack is running so when applying the resin it will give you the best coverage.   One the affected area has been filled by the resin press the clear sheets of film over the repair until all the affected area has been covered and press firmly and evenly.

Step 3 – Dry   Allow for 20 – 40 minutes depending on how deep your repair is to dry.  

Step 4 – Scrape   Once dry tear off the cured film sheets carefully and use your razor blade to remove any excess of the glass or effected area you are repairing

• When it comes to safety glass our usual kits will not work as the glass will shatter if it is drilled so we have tested diffrent methods with diffrent frames for UPVC it is easier to remove the bead and then the unit and then make a hole in the failed seal to release the moisture and then clear the window or Patio Door
• Other frames like aluminium or wood can be drill through the frame accessing the center of the unit all instruction come with your easy to follow guide if your safety glass window or Patio door has failed try our kit before the exspen of buying a new one
