Q:  Do you drill inside or outside the window?

A: Drill the holes on the inside of the window.

  

Q:  How long will it take for the window to clear?

A: Depending on how much moisture is in the window Approx. 3 days to 3 weeks.  

 

Q:  How much drying agent do you use in each window?

 A: One 10g sachet for each window can clear 2x ft3.  

 

Q:  How can tell if you have safety glass

A: Visit our Safety glass page on this website.  

 

Q:  Do you accept returns if I change my mind?

A: Yes, just send back for a full refund.

Q:  Will this fix the window permanently?

A: No there no guarantees at some point you may still have to replace it! But it will clear it.

  

Q:  Will it remove any staining on the inside?

A: No it wont we have tried with magnets etc. we decided too much effort we kept loosing them.

How does it work?

Step 1 - apply the clear anti-slip stickers to the top right and bottom left of the window Step 2 - drill two holes using the 4mm tungsten drill bit, start to drill into the centre of the anti-slip sticker and drill both holes Step 3 - Insert the moisture drying agent to absorb the moisture Step 4 - Insert the breathable plugs.

Why condensation forms Between a failed Double-glazing Unit When condensation between double pane windows forms it means the seal on the insulated glass unit has failed. In this situation,

why replace the unit when you can fix it?

Please note you can not use this kit on

toughened safety glass!
